From Shadows to Shutter: A Journey of Colours in Anambra

In the quiet town of Awka, Anambra, life seemed to have lost its colors for me. Since my father's untimely departure when I was just 12, my mother and I traded the bustling streets of Lagos for the calm embrace of Anambra. The move was supposed to be a fresh start, but it felt more like a never-ending struggle. I found myself caught in the web of responsibilities, juggling odd jobs and freelance photography gigs just to keep our heads above water. Every day seemed like a déjà vu of despair, and I couldn't shake the feeling of being invisible, my dreams fading like distant memories. One day, as I captured the vibrant hues of a local market, a peculiar event unfolded. A rambunctious crowd surrounded a street performer, who turned out to be none other than Kelechi Amadi Obi, a renowned artist known for his eccentricities and mastery of colors. I have been a great fan of his work, so, I mustered the courage to approach him. In an unexpected turn of events, Mr. Kelechi noticed my w

MAKING THE BEST SMOOTHIE BOWL FOR A PERFECT FIT

You've come to the correct location if you want to prepare a tasty, healthy smoothie bowl with the perfect consistency every time. It's irritating when attempting to make that Pinterest-worthy smoothie bowl, and it turns into a liquidy disaster! Don't worry; we're here to help you make a picture-perfect smoothie bowl that tastes as amazing as it looks.

Avoid using too much liquid!

Using more than a tablespoon of liquid will change the consistency of your smoothie bowl significantly!

If you wish to add extra, keep it frozen, so it remains thick.

Always keep your ingredients frozen!

Again, whatever you use, make sure it has been in the freezer for at least 8 hours before blending! When it comes to your smoothie bowl, it may have an impact on it.

Use the proper blender!

You could be using a blender that isn't working correctly. A faulty blender will take longer to mix your ingredients and begin to melt while in the blender, making it difficult to achieve an extra thick consistency. If your blender is old, cut up your items before freezing them to make them blend easier. Also, add the liquid components first, followed by the frozen items.

  1. Add in some protein!

Protein powder can give extra flavour to your smoothie bowl and a thicker consistency. It's also a great way to make your bowl more nutritious and satisfying! We recommend trying IdealFit Protein, which is macro-friendly, low-carb, and has a ton of delicious flavours.

Add xanthan gum!

This ingredient can be a massive game-changer for your smoothie bowl. It's a thickening agent that will help you get a creamy texture. A little goes a long way, so be careful not to use too much!

Okay, now that you have the tips you need to make the perfect smoothie bowl, it's time to put them to use.
